Peanut Butter Porridge

Ingredients
Quaker Oats - 2 cupswater - 3.5 cupsskim milk - .5 cupvanilla - 1 tspcinnamon - .5 tspbutter - 2 tbspcreamy peanut butter - 4 tbsp
Directions
Bring water, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla to a boil. Stir in oats. Simmer for approximately 5 min. Stir in peanut butter and continue to simmer. Once porridge has reached a thick consistency remove from heat and stir in skim milk.
Makes 4 -1 cup servings. Serve with toast and a glass of milk for a great breakfast.
