Slow Cook Hearty Beef Barely Soup

Ingredients
64 oz Campbell's Tomato Juice - Low Sodium6 Cup Water1.66 lb Top Round Steak (This is the package size I had and based nutritional information it, adjust as desired)1/2 Cup Fresh Celery Leaves (minced)1 & 1/2 Cup Onion 1 Cup Barley (Dry)1 Cup 6 0z Carrot1 & 1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy No Salt Seasoning1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning, dryBlack Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut/Chop beef and vegetables to preference. Brown beef in skillet. Place all in slow cooker with tomato juice & 3 cups water on high. In skillet simmer barley with approx. 3 cups water. Stir occasionally, When barley is done, most if not all water will have been absorbed (approx. 15 - 20 minutes) add to slow cooker. Add seasonings to your taste.
