Mini taco salad

Ingredients
Seven Baked Tostios Scoop chipsGround beef, brownedRefried beansShredded lettuceShredded chedder cheeseSalsa (Jar or homemade)AvocadoJumbo black olives
Directions
Start by browning the beef in a pan, then draining.
Heat the refried beans over a low heat. Meanwhile, shred the lettuce and cheese and slice olives and avocado.
When the meat and beans are done, take seven tortilla chips and place them on a plate. Fill each "scoop" with a small amount of beans and beef. Next place small amounts of lettuce in each one. Add a few slices of olive and avocado and top with cheese and salsa.
The best part about this meal is that each bite has a litte bit of everything. You can add low-fat sour cream instead of cheese. Enjoy.
