The Other White Meat and Potatoes

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 1 piecePotato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Beans, white, 1 cupGreen Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cupBread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cupOlive Oil, 3 tbspWater, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)Kroger Garlic Spread (1 serving = 1 Tbsp), 1 serving
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick spray.
In a gallon zip-lock bag, add the pork, olive oil, Ranch Seasoning mix and bread crumbs. Close and shake until the pork is coated.
Place coated pork in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub potatoes and cut into small chunks, place around pork.
Drain and add green beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Add water, pouring around the perimeter of the pot.
Dollop garlic spread over the top.
Cover and set on High.
