Scallops and Leek Soup

Ingredients
Leeks, 1 cupSweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup Sweet potato, 2 cup, cubesNo sodium chicken broth, 3 cupMilk, nonfat, 1 cup Scallops, raw, 425 gramsGarlic, 2 clove (remove)Thyme, a few fresh sprigsPepper
Directions
Bring 3 cups of broth to a boil
Add in leeks, garlic and sweet potato and thyme
When sweet potato is soft, add in bag of baby scallops
Puree 1 cup of corn with 1/2 cup of water, add to soup
Add one cup of milk
Simmer for 10 minutes
