I cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze Almond Milk2 1/2 Tbs. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder6 packets Truvia1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract3 1/2 oz. (by weight) silken tofuone handful of ice, around 8-10 cubes or so
In a blender, combine almond milk, cocoa and Truvia. Blend to combine. Add tofu. Blend until smooth. Add ice. Blend until ice is *just* combined. Serve and collect accolades.
Serving Size: Makes two 8 ounce servings...or so...I drank it all by myself!

I made 1/2 recipe, used LF milk instead of almond, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries instead of ice, and did not add vanilla or sweetener. It really needs sweetener, the raspberries were not enough.
I am new to using tofu, and will make this again trying other fruits, and maybe a bit of honey to sweeten. - 4/15/15
