Vegetable Noodle Soup

Ingredients
3 Carrots, Chopped3 Celery Stalks, Chopped1 Large Onion, Chopped3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped2 Tbsp. Olive Oil4 Cubes of Boullion, Chicken or Beef5 Cups of Hot Water2 Oz. or 3/4 cup of whole wheat pasta
Directions
Warm oil in Medium Stock pot, and caramelize all vegetables for about 7 minutes.

While Cooking add water to a seperate dish and allow the boullion to dissolve.

Add broth to stock pot, and bring to a boil.

Add Whole Wheat pasta and allow to simmer, until pasta is desired texture. Turn off heat. Allow to cool a few minutes, then serve.
