Ingredients
Pictsweet Southwest Veggie steamer bag4 eggsFat free Sour Cream1/3 Fat Philadelphia Cream CheeseAsiago CheeseSalt and Peppergarlic
Directions
Grease muffin pan

Micowave Corn Veggie Steamer 4 min and put in pan with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Remove from heat to cool.

In bowl 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, mix well, add Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Salt and Pepper.

Combine veggies in egg mixture, stir and scoop into muffin pan. Top with thin sliced asiago for each muffin.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
