1/8 c. Muscle Milk Powder Chocolate 3 Tbsp. Cocoa powder, unsweetened1 1/2 tsp. honey3 tbsp Maple Syrup1 tsp. Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp. cashews6 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1 Tbsp. Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted8 cups Rice Dream Original rice milk1/4 c. cooked quinoa1 large Banana, fresh, (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Add atleast 2 cups rice milk and all other ingredients to blender and process until smooth about 2 minutes. Pour in hte remaining rice milk and blend until smooth. Makes approximately 8 one c servings.
