Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruit of choice)1 banana, fresh and peeled2 tbsp flax seed, ground2 cups lowfat vanilla soy milk
Directions
Place all ingredients in the order listed in a blender. Blend until all of the fruit is chopped. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
