Homemade Cornbread

Ingredients
1/2 cup cornmeal1/2 cup white flour1/2 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 tbsp. sugar1 large egg1/2 cup 2% milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into small iron skillet or baking pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake on 425 degrees until browned. (about 15-20 minutes)
