High Protein Chocolate Oatmeal Power Bars

Ingredients
2 cups puffed millet1 cup organic rolled oats1/2 cup honey1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup milk4 scoops chocolate whey protein mix2 tbsp flax seeds
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat honey over low heat until it boils slightly. Mix in protein shake mix & milk and stir to combine.

In a large bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Pour hot liquid mix over dry mix and toss to combine well. Press into a 9x13 baking dish and let sit to cool. Cut in 18 bars.
