Multigrain Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water1 tsp sugar1 envelope active dry yeast1 cup water3/4 cup 1% milk2 T brown sugar2 T butter6 1/4 cups multigrain flour (Robin Hood)1/2 cup oatmeal1/3 cup wheat germ1/4 cup sesame seeds1/4 cup sunflower seeds1 tsp salt
Directions
Sprinkle yeast in .5 cup warm water into which 1 tsp of sugar has been dissolved. Let stand 15 min's and stir well. Heat 1 cup water, milk, brown sugar and butterto lukewarm, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add milk mix along with 2 cups of flour and beat un til smooth and elastic. Stir in oats, oat bran, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and salt. Add remaining flour gradually and and knead for 5 minutes if using mixer or 10 min's if kneading by hand. Add flour if needed until dough does not stick unto the bowl. Cover and let rise until double (aprox. 1 hour). Punch down and divide into 2 equal loaves. Place in pans and let rise until dough is about
1 1/2"higher than breadpan. Bake at 400 degrees on lower rack for 30 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool on rack.
