2 lb. Chicken Breasts3 T. Canola Oil3 lg. Egg Whites1 c. White Flour1 c. Whole Wheat Flour1 t. Paprika1 t. Salt1 t. Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice Chicken into strips. Spread oil on cookie sheets and place in oven to heat. Beat egg whites in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Dip chicken strips in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture. Place coated strips on pans and bake for 15 min on each side.
