Asian Turkey Filling (Wraps or Salad)

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 large onion, chopped2 cloves fresh garlic, minced1 Tb soy sauce1/4 c Hoisin sauce2 tsp pickled ginger, minced1 Tb rice wine vinegarAsian chili pepper sauce8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped1 bunch green onions, chopped2 tsp Asian (dark) sesame oil
Directions
In a medium skillet over high heat, brown the turkey, stirring often and reducing heat if necessary. Drain and set aside to cool. Cook the onion in the same pan, stirring frequently. Add the garlic, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, ginger, vinegar, and chili pepper sauce to the onions and stir. Stir in chopped water chestnuts, green onions, sesame oil, and cooked turkey. Continue cooking until the onions are soft, about 2 minutes. For wraps, serve in a large bowl surrounded by whole leaves, or for salad, top clean greens with the mix.
