Use fancy glass, (water, wine, sundae)-1 cup FF vanilla yogurt- (easier to store & cheaper to buy in 32oz tub)-1 cup fresh or frozen (w/ Splenda) fruits (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, bananas, etc.) -2/3 cup(or less) low-fat granola Cereal-Layer the above ingredients and enjoy!
