E-Z Chili

Ingredients
1 can of red kidney beans1 bell pepper1 package of 93% Lean Turkey1 chili powder either homemade of store bought1 can of black beans1 can of stewed (whole or diced) tomatoes1 onion1 tsp of salt
Directions
In a skillet brown the ground turkey along with the bell peppers, salt, and onions. I use cooking spray instead of adding any extra oil (fat). Strain once cooked and place the mix into a medium pot. Add the beans (strain off the juice and rinse the beans this will remove some of the extra salt, note this is not required just what I like to do) add the vegetable juice and chilli powder. Boil to desired consistency and enjoy.
