Greek Pizza

Whole wheat pizza dough, Trader Joe's Fat Free Crumbled Feta, 3 0z.Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 1 cup Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted and sliced, 2 oz Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, .5 cup Laughing Cow wedge (I used garlic & herb), 1 wedge
Adjust oven rack to lowest position, and heat oven to 450 degrees. Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet; bake for 8 minutes. Spread laughing cow wedge over pizza, then top with feta, red peppers, sundried tomatoes, spinach and olives. Bake until heated through and crisp, about 8 minutes.
Toss spinach and onion with the 1 Tb. sun-dried tomato oil. Top hot pizza with spinach mixture and remaining 1/2 cup feta cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 2 minutes longer. Cut into 6 slices and serve.
