1 package Gluten Free Cake Mix from Betty Crocker1 Can Pillsbury Sugar Free Frosting Vanilla2 Egg Whites10 oz Diet Coke (I used Cherry Zero my favorite)
Mix cake mix, coke, and eggs white together till smooth. Divide into 19 cupcake liners. Put into a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 14 minutes or tooth pick comes out clean from middle.Place on wire rack to cool. Use 1 3/4 tbls of sugar free frosting on each cupcake. You will have left over frosting, be strong and don't eat , throw it away, and enjoy the cupcakes!
