2 whole wheat low carb tortillas, such as mission brand1/4c. fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded1/3c. turkey sausage crumbles, such as jimmy deans1/4c. pizza sauce, just as walmart's good value brand
heat skillet on stove til hot. add one tortilla, top with cheese and turkey sausage. drop pizza sauce in small spoonfuls on top of cheese and turkey sausage. place remaining tortilla on top. cook til bottom tortilla is browned. carefully flip the quesadilla over and cook til bottom tortilla is browned. remove from pan and let sit for 1-2 minutes. cut into desired sized pieces.
