3lbs apples peeled, cored and slices1 can frozen apple juice concentrate2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp allspice1/2 tsp clovesdash of salt
Place all ingredients in slow cooker for 10 hours or until desired consistancy is reached. May need to run through seive or place in food processor to obtain desired consistancy.
