Hearty Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 lb.Ground beef, lean (cooked & drained) 1 lb. Pork Sausage, ground (cooked & drained) 28 oz. Water *Low Sodium Chicken Boullion, 2 tsp *2 sweet yellow onion, raw (medium) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 2 tsp 1 can (15 oz.) Pinto Beans, 2 cans Black Beans Oregano, ground, 1 tsp 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes *1 can (15 oz.) Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes *6 Cloves of Garlic crushed 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. pepper Basil, 2 tsp *1 7 oz can Green Chili Peppers *Jalapeno Pepper, 1 Raw Pepper (diced) *2 T. pickled jalapeņo slices, drained 1 T. Chili powder *2 tsp. Cumin powder *2 tsp. basil, dried1 medium green pepper diced
Directions
Brown beef, sausage & 1 onion. Chop all peppers, garlic, etc. and add to the pot. Drain the meat and add it. Add all other ingredients and simmer 6-8 hours.
