Spanish Style Haddock

Ingredients
2 Haddock Filets (individually packaged)1 Can DelMonte Basil, Garlic & Oregano Diced Tomatoes (Drained)1/2 cup finely choppd onion3 cloves garlic thinly sliced1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper1/2 tsp Paprika1/8 tsp crushed red pepper1 cup Swanson 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Combine salt, pepper and paprika and sprinkle over raw fish filets. Heat olive oil and swirl around heated pan. Add filets (skin side down). Cook on high 3 mins.
Flip filets and reduce to medium heat. Add garlic, onion, red pepper and cook approx. 4 mins. Add tomato and broth and simmer 6 mins.
