Ingredients
1 lg egg1 lg fresh mushroom, slicedchopped green pepper, about 1/2 handfuldash black pepper1 slice american cheese1 8" flour tortilla
Directions
Combine egg, mushroom, green and black peppers. Scramble. Place cheese in tortilla shell. Pile egg mixture on top of cheese and wrap tortilla.
Makes 1 8" wrap
