knox gelatin cheesecake

Ingredients
Whip cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Mix one envelope of gelatin with sugar in a separate bowl, add one cup of boiling water, stir for 5 minutes -or until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Slowly add the sugar/gelatin mixture to the cream cheese, whip until smooth. Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate 3hrs+
