Bean Dip, Cold Layered

Ingredients
1 can non-fat refried beans 1 cup guacamole1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped and drained of the juices2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped3/4 cup green onions, finely sliced1 1/2 cup low fat sour cream1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely minced1 cup low fat finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
On a serving plate, spread the refried beans evenly.
Spread the guacamole on top of the beans.
Top with the tomatoes, then jalapenos, then the green onions.
Gently spread the sour cream on top of the vegetables.
Finely sprinkle the cilantro on top of the sour cream.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips.
