Sour Cherry Crustless Individual Cheesecakes

1 can of tart cherries1/2 cup sugar1 pound of cream cheese2 eggs1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese and sugar together with an electric mixer. Add the eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla. Place cupcake wrappers in a muffin pan. Place 5 cherries in the bottom of each muffin cup. Spread the cheesecake batter evenly over the cherries. Place a cherry on top of each cheesecake. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecakes in for another 30 minutes. Do not open the oven in between.
