Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
1 c mayo1 can evaporated milk8 oz bleu cheese1/8 t garlic powderpepper to taste
Directions
Heat milk and bleu cheese in a double boiler. When most of cheese is melted remove from heat and stir in garlic powder and pepper. Then stir in mayo. Makes about 20 2 T servings
