Crockpot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1.5 lb Pork Tenderloin1 c apple juice1 t cinnamon1 t garlic powder1/2 t ground black pepper
Directions
Mix cinnamon, garlic, and pepper together. Rinse pork tenderloin and pat dry, then rub with spice mixture. Put in crockpot with water (or a bit of apple juice), and cook for about an 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature is 160. Slice into 1/2"
medallions.
