Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .25 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened Almond Milk, 1.5 cup Designer Whey Protein powder, French Vanilla, 1 serving Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Ginger, ground, .25 tsp Finely ground coffee, 2 tbs (or frozen coffee icecubes)1 cup ice1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Add ingredients except ice to the blender, liquids first. Mix the ingredients, and then add ice and blend.
