Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove)*1 Yukon Gold Potato, 5 serving (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Wash (don't peel) and cut up potatoes into chunks. Boil potatoes. Drain water. Add buttermilk and parmesan cheese. Mash everything together and serve.
