Kielbasa Potato Chowder

Ingredients
1 lb. turkey Kielbasa (I like to grill it first)6 bacon strips, chopped1 large onion, chopped2 garlic gloves, minced3 c. reduced sodium chicken broth3 c. water4 medium potatoes, peeled & diced1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules1/4 tsp pepper4 large Kale leaves, torn into small pieces1 c. heavy whipping cream or 2% milk
Directions
Brown keilbasa & Bacon in a large non stick skillet. Drain, reserve 2 tsp drippings. Add onion & garlic. Cook over medium heat until tender.
In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Add potatoes. Cook about 10 minutes until tender. Add the meats and kale. Cook another 2-3 minutes or until kale is wilted. Reduce heat. Add cream. Cook just until heated through.
