2.5 lbs ground turkey (93/7)1/2 cup bread crumbs2 large eggs1 cup black beans (reduced sodium)1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 cup chopped yellow onion1 cup salsa
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients except salsa and press into 2 sprayed loaf pans. Cover each loaf with 1/2 cup salsa. Bake for 60-70 minutes depending on oven.
