Crock pot salsa chicken w/ black beans

3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1 Cup Pace Chunky Salsa1 15oz can Reduced Sodium Black Beans1 Can Campbells Cream of Chicken & Mushroom (prefer to use low sodium, but didn't have on hand)
Directions
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 4-5 hours. serve over brown rice
