Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove) Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove) Noodles you may use which ever you prefer i usually use smart spiral pasta or whole wheat spiral 1/2 box Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove) Sweet peppers (bell), 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) Basil, .25 tbsp (remove) Oregano, ground, .25 tbsp (remove) Rosemary, dried, .25 tbsp (remove) Fresh Chives, .25 tbsp chopped (remove) Pepper, black, .15 tbsp (remove) Mashed Potatoes, 3 cup (remove) Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp (remove) Milk, 3.25%, 1 cup (remove) Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
fried up vegetables and spices in with ground beef while potatoes and noodles cook. Combine both soups in the casserole dish to be made with milk to keep it creamier, mash up potatoes and cream with a little butter and milk, mix noodles, ground beef/vegetable mixture up with the soup and top with potatoes. Cook in oven until potato's start to crisp up.
