Ingredients
1 - whole grain or multi-grain Tortilla (7 - 8 inches)2 tbsp Tomato paste1/3 cup - Part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 cup - Cheddar cheese, shredded 10 or 11 slices - Nitrate-free Pepperoni (About 20 grams)Dash - Italian seasoning or oregano
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and lay the tortilla on the cookie sheet. Spread tomato paste and sprinkle a little oregano or Italian seasoning on it. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and place pepperoni on top. Bake for 7 - 9 minutes, or until everything is nice and melted.
