Pepinos con chile y lima

Ingredients
1 cucumber peeled (or hothouse not peeled) and slicedJuice of 1 lemonChili powder and salt to taste
Directions
Peel and slice a cucumber into a bowl
Sprinkle chili powder and salt over the slices
Splash in the lemon juice
Give it a stir to coat.

Taste. Adjust amounts of spices. Add cayenne for some kick.
