Raw corn tex-mex salad

Ingredients
$ fresh cobs of cornhalf red capsicumhalf yellow capsicumhandful of parsley or coriander10 halved cherry tomatoes1 avacadotin of kidney beansDRESSINGjuice of 1 lime2 tblsp honey1/2 tsp mexican chilli powder1/2 tsp ground cumin2 tablespoons olive oil1-2 cloves garlic crushedpinch salt ground pepper
Directions
Cut corn off the cobs. dice other veggies, and rinse the kidney beans. Put in large salad bowl.
Put all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake till combined. Pour over salad.
