Jeanine's Low Fat Taco Salad

Ingredients
Ground beefgreen onionsFat free sour creamFat free cheddar cheesefat free refried beansShredded lettuceBaked scoops--15 for each servingPace Salsa1 medium tomato diced
Directions
Cook the beef until brown. Warm the refried beans. For each serving, use 15 baked scoops (zap for about 1 minute--depending on Microwave-- to warm and crisp--careful, they'll burn easily) for your taco salad base, then add the shredded lettuce, beef, refried beans, cheese and the rest of the ingredients. Delicious!
