- 184g. canned pumpkin- 100g. banana, fresh- 101g. pears, canned- 22g. spinach, fresh- 99g. kiwifruit, fresh- 0.25 fl. oz. of Nature Valley's liquid vitamins- 20g. whey protein powder, by MRM- 3oz. water
Directions
Put everything into the blender, and mix until there are no chunks.
