Ingredients
1 lb bag White Beans, dried 8 oz. leftover Ham1 quart Chicken broth, low sodium, low fat1 Duck leg without skin, bone and fat1 tbl. Rosemary, dried1 tbl.Molasses4 Cloves Garlic2 tbl. Duck fat
Directions
Soak beans overnight
Blanch beans - 45 minute
Mix with broth, meats and seasonings
Bake about an hour and a half at 300 degrees in the oven, covered
