Chicken Chili Verde

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast1 1/2 cups bottled Salsa Verde1/2 medium onion, chopped1 Bay leaf1/2 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon minced garlic, or 2 cloves garlic, crushed1 to 2 jalapenos, or 1-2 tablespoons jarred sliced jalapenos2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granulesSour creamShredded Monterey Jack CheeseChopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Put the chicken into slow cooker, and put the salsa verde, onion, bay leaf, pepper, cumin, garlic, jalapenos and bouillon on top. Cover it, set to to Low and let it cook for 8-10 hours.

When done, take a fork and shred the chicken right there in the pot, which will now be very easy to do. Stir it up. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped cilantro.
