Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
2 tbs fresh lemon juice from a lemon2 tbs Dijon mustard2 tbs honey1 tsp lemon zest4 (5 oz) salmon filletssalt and pepper
Directions
4 servings
Preheat over 400 degrees
Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray
Combine lemon juice, mustard, honey and lemon zest.
Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in baking dish
Flip salmon to coat in glaze
Bake immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hrs.
Bake for 10 minutes
