Cold Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream1 8oz pkg fat free cream cheese1 packet dry ranch dip mix2 pkgs of crescent rolls1 cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup chopped fresh broccoli1/4 cup chopped green onion1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
Directions
roll out crescent rolls on cookie sheet in one large piece. Press edges of individual rolls together making one sheet. bake in preheated oven per pkg directions. They will cook more quickly because they are rolled out flat. Keep a close eye on them so the bottom does not burn.

Mix well cream cheese, sour cream and dry ranch mix in bowl. Set aside

chop up your veggies.

When the base of the pizza is cooked and cooled top with ranch mix, sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with veggies.
