4-boneless skinless chicken breasts2-sweet and 2-hot italian sausage links3-red potatoes w/skin1-small canned black pitted olives1-small jar roasted red peppers1-small to med jar marinated mushroomssaltpeppergarlic powder
Serving Size: makes about 6 servings
Cut up chicken breasts and sausage (2 sweet/2 hot Italian sausage) into bite sized pieces and sautee in pan until brown. Add chopped red potaotes, a small can of sliced black olives, small jar of roasted red peppers (w/juice) and your favorite brand of marinated mushrooms (w/juice) about 4oz. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are fork tender.
