Cat's Hummus

Ingredients
1/2 cup dried chick peas (soaked over night and cooked)3 tbsp tahini3 tbsp lemon juice3 cloves garlic (minced)1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Soak chick peas over night in the refridgerator.
Bring to boil in saucepan of water, turn down and simmer 20-30 minutes, or until fairly tender.
Allow to cool. (running under cold water helps speed this up)
Place all ingredients in a blender of small food processor.
Blend until it is a paste. Be sure to scrape down sides often so that it mixes well.
