Creamy Tuna and Rice

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked brown rice1 can chunk white albacore tuna (not drained)1 can Cream of Mushroom condensed soup 98% fat free2 servings frozen broccoli & cauliflower mix
Directions
Boil rice in 1 cup of water. Meanwhile, place frozen veggies in a skillet over medium heat, add can of soup and tuna. When rice is cooked, add to tuna mixture in skillet and heat through. Season to taste!
