Low Carb Spicy "Scalloped Potatoes"

Ingredients
Califlower, 3 serving Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 6 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Pepper, white if you go it, and hot sauce to taste.
Directions
Preheat over to 400 degrees
Sprint 9x13 casserole disch with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer califlower, onion, and garlic. Springkle with spices. Sprinkle hot sauce in milk, pour milk in pan. cover with cheese. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is starting to brown.
