Crockpot Italian Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 pkg Neufchatel (reduced fat cream cheese), softened2 cans (10.45oz) cream of chicken soup1 pkt. Good Seasons Dry Italian dressing mix
Directions
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add cream cheese, soup, and Italian dressing mix and stir. Add chicken to the mixture and stir to coat. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Shred chicken into bite-size pieces. Serve over rice, potatoes, or pasta.
