Savory Beef-n-Macaroni Casserole

1 pkg. (7oz) Barillo Elbow Macaroni1 lb. ground beef1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onion2 Tbsp. Flour2 cups 1% Milk1/4 cup Soy Sauce1/2 tsp. Basil, crumbled2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz)1 can Peas & Carrots
Cook macaroni as package directions for baked dishes; drain and set aside. Throughly brown meat with celery and onions over medium heat, drain. Sprinkle flour evenly over meat mixture and stir until blended. Gradually stir in milk, soy sauce and basil. Bring to boil. Stir in cheese. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Combine macaroni, meat and cheese mixture and vegetables in pan. Turn into a 3-qt. baking dish or 9x13 oblong pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve with additional soy sauce as desired.
